How do you prepare fennel tea correctly?

Allow approximately 2 g of fennel fruits per cup. Lightly crush the fruits before brewing, then pour boiling water over them and let steep covered for 8–10 minutes. Covering is important so that the essential oils do not escape. One pack yields around 50 cups.
