I.

Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. Within Germany, we deliver free of postage and packaging for orders with a value of 59 € or more. Below this amount, shipping costs are 4.95 €. We reserve the right to adjust these rates in the event of changes to freight rates or postage charges. 

II.

For international orders, shipping costs are determined based on the purchaser's delivery address.

Your order will generally be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. If you have not received your goods after an extended period of time, please contact us by telephone, as transmission errors cannot be entirely ruled out in rare cases.
