Frequently Asked Questions about BIO-Wermuttrank (Cure)

What is the Jura Bio Wormwood Drink?

The Jura Bio Wormwood Drink is a traditional herbal extract based on Hildegard's teachings, made from organically certified ingredients. Wormwood holds a firm place in Hildegard's writings – in the "Physica" she describes it in detail and associates it with her characteristic teachings on the subject of the liver. The drink is prepared in a proven herbal combination according to a traditional recipe from the monastic tradition, entirely without artificial additives.

How do I use the wormwood drink?

The traditional recommendation is a small liqueur glass every other day in the morning before breakfast. As a cure, you can use the drink over a period of 6 to 12 weeks. The wormwood drink fits particularly well into the daily routine in spring – Hildegard herself recommended a spring application in her writings. As with all elements from the monastic tradition, the key is regularity.

What ingredients and quality standards are in the tonic?

The tonic is made from exclusively organically certified ingredients and is natural and unprocessed. Wormwood is the central plant, following the traditional recipe from Hildegard's "Physica". Strict quality controls and sustainable production ensure that only carefully selected raw materials are used. Artificial flavors, preservatives, or synthetic additives are not included.

Who is the wormwood drink suitable for?

The drink fits well into the daily life of people who orient themselves according to Hildegard's teachings and are particularly interested in the writings on the topic of the liver. Those who want to complement their conscious, balanced diet with a classic element from the monastic tradition will also find a time-honoured option here. Versatile in its application – whether as a spring cure in the spirit of tradition or for regular use as a fixed part of the daily routine.
