Wie lange dauert eine Juractiv-Anwendung üblicherweise?

Die überlieferte Anwendung sieht einen Zeitraum von sechs bis zwölf Wochen vor. Das Sechsergebinde deckt mit rund 75 Tagen die volle Spanne ab — eine Einzelflasche reicht dafür nicht.

Wann am Tag nehme ich Juractiv?

Je ein Likörglas morgens und abends, etwa 20 ml. Die feste Uhrzeit hilft, über mehrere Wochen dranzubleiben — gerade bei einer längeren Anwendung ist die Regelmäßigkeit die eigentliche Hürde.

Was passiert, wenn ich einen Tag vergesse?
