The blend has been gently processed to preserve its natural properties.

Recommendation:
- The drink can easily be prepared at home from the hart's tongue spice (2 components): Cook the hart's tongue fern herb in wine, add honey and continue cooking briefly. Then bring to the boil again with long pepper and cinnamon (2nd packet) and strain.
- Take 1 liqueur glass (15–20 ml) 3 times daily after meals for 6–12 weeks.
